We welcome athletes of all abilities.
Our committee, coaches, run leaders, managers and officials are volunteers.
For our Quad Kids and Juniors, participation in competition is encouraged! If oversubscribed, membership renewal may be dependent on participation.
The first two sessions with us (taster sessions) are free!

Juniors - Quad Kids (Years 4-5)
Jump into fun with QuadKids!
Is your child in school years 4 or 5 and eager to get active? Join our QuadKids squad at CoSARC!
We offer coached sprinting, running, jumping and throwing sessions on Mondays and Thursdays from 6 - 7 PM, led by fully qualified coaches through England Athletics. Your child can also compete in local events, boosting confidence and sportsmanship.
QuadKids involves four athletics events of 75m sprint, 600m run, long jump and howler throw. The first two sessions (taster sessions) are free. A welcome pack and membership options are available below. More info on sessions is here.

Juniors - Multi Events & Middle Distance
For school years 6 to 13, the club has a number of different membership focus areas, as described below:
MULTI-EVENTS - (school year 6 & 7)
Following on from QuadKids and focusing more acutely on the sprints, long jump, shot put, high jump, hurdles, discus, pole vault and javelin disciplines

JUNIOR MIDDLE DISTANCE - (school year 7 to 13)
Coaching for 800m, 1500m 1600m and 3000m track running
TRACK & FIELD - (school year 7 and up)
Covering specific disciplines of Sprints, Hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault and Throws

Seniors
For new members 18 and over, including veterans (V45, V50, V55 and beyond!) the club has a lot to offer, led by qualified Leaders and Coaches:
MIDDLE DISTANCE
Coaching for 800m, 1500m 1600m and 3000m track running
TRACK & FIELD
Covering specific disciplines of Sprints, Hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault and Throws
DISTANCE RUNNING (Road, Trail and Cross Country)
Adult distance running and run coaching groups of varying distances and paces to suit all abilities*
*Ability to run 5k non-stop is a pre-requisite for these groups
