weekend results 5/6 December

Well done to Mike White who completed the Goodwood Half Marathon at the weekend, with an estimated Chip time of 1:29.22.

Petra Oyston bagged herself a PB of 1:08:57 for the 'Not Southampton Common 10k' with Coach Craig as her pacer, Petra was really pleased with her result and said 'Craig is a star!'

It seems Coach Craig had a busy weekend pacing several athlete's to achieve 10k PB's including Jake Stewart, Jackie Hassan and Helen Carlton.

The Santa's in the photo are Kate Buttimer, Colin Martin, Jane Whitely, Alison Holloway and Melvyn Holloway who all ran 10k in Stubbington on Sunday, as part of a virtual charity run with over 800 people participating for a 9 year old girl called Sophie with a very rare type of cancer, she wanted everyone to dress up as Santa’s and Elves and designed a lovely medal.
