Coach Adlard's December mesocycle is available to download from the club website (members only).
Look out for the Senior Interval session on Tuesdays - a favourite and suitable for all abilities. Usual cost of £2.35. If you attend every week, a TrackPass will work out cheaper for you. Sign up via the bookings tab on the club website. Spaces are limited to 12 athletes.
