Earn your Salisbury 10 mile T-shirt by running 10 miles either around the Salisbury 10 mile route (click HERE for route) or any 10 mile route of your choosing. Places are limited. All entry fees will be donated to the Samaritans charity.

The event is UKA Licensed and will appear on RunBritain at the end of the year.

Record your run on to Garmin, STRAVA, or similar...then record your result HERE to appear our results table.

T-Shirt size guide click HERE  Female sizes are equivalent to a Male size down e.g Female L is equivalent to Male M.  Female XL is equivalent to Male L etc

Cosarc will provide a GPX file but there will be no route signs, marshals or aid stations.

I understand that the majority of the route is on country roads without pavements and I am responsible for my own safety on these.
