Outward departure from Southampton Road, Park & Ride at 0715 (you can leave your car there for free)

Ferry out 0915 Race start 1100 Ferry back 1347 Back to five rivers circa 1530 

Inward return departure 1330 (or when the last runner arrives at the bus)
