This will be a time trial 1.5m (2.4km) run around the Salisbury Athletic Track to be held every quarter for a year.

To be held in lieu of SDS and SFC

Places are limited 40 runners

The format will be 10 runners every 15 minutes. Further instructions will be given after entry closes 1:00pm on 23 March 2022

Prize for the best % improver across at least 3 trials (i.e. you need to do at least 3 trials)
