VIRTUALLY SALISBURY 10
This year would have marked the 25th anniversary of the Salisbury 10, the flagship event of our club. We had planned an exciting weekend of events to mark it, in conjunction with the 800th anniversary of Salisbury’s beautiful cathedral, which can’t now go ahead due to Covid-19. However, the club is proud to bring you the Salisbury 10, albeit in a virtual form!
We are very proud of our T-shirts and medals, wittily designed to depict both milestones and we want to make sure you receive them by:
Completing the Salisbury 10 mile course (GPX file available below)
Run an alternative virtual course closer to your home
Or if you do not feel up to 10 miles we will happily send you your T-shirt and medal
You must complete your run between 1 November 2020 and 31 December 2020
Record your run on to Garmin, STRAVA, or similar...then upload your result HERE
You can either collect your T-shirt and medal:
In person at the Athletics Track in Salisbury on the following days:
Sunday 8 November 2020 @ 9-11am
Sunday 22 November 2020 @ 9-11am
Sunday 6 December 2020 @ 9-11am
Sunday 20 December 2020 @ 9-11am
or we will arrange drop off to local HRRL running clubs for local collection organised by your club
or if either of these are not possible, we will post them to you
WHAT IS THE STORY ON THE SHIRT AND MEDAL?
