This last week saw a handful of CoSARC athletes taking part in races both on track and road.
There were a flurry of fantastic PBs for our track athletes this week competing at the Aldershot Farnham and District Open Meeting 3000m.

Nick Lay took on the Yatley 10k with a chip time of 47:15, he said it was a friendly well organised road race.
Aaron Wilson competed in the Vitality 10k with a chip time of 34:31 and was placed 3rd overall. He said it was great to be able to join in a mass race start again, long may it continue.
