For those (and there'll be a few of you) planning your runs for the next 6 to 12 months, Santa has come early - 'Simon's Track Schedule' for January 2020 can now be downloaded from the "Schedule's & Mesocycle's" area of the website (thank you Simon).
You'll need to be a paid up club member and signed into the website to access.
