Athletics is a great activity for children that provides a variety of benefits other than physical activity.
Participation in athletics can help build self-esteem and confidence, can motivate children to excel academically and can help build social skills.
Participation also can teach children the benefits of goal-setting and practice.
More importantly it is FUN.
We take children from the age of 9 or school year 4. We are not a school club so do not stop for school holidays.

Sprints – U13 to U20
Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles - U13 to U20
Middle Distance – U20 down to U13
Pole Vault – U13 to U20
High Jump – U13 to U20
Throws – U13 to U20
