JUNIORS TRAINING

Athletics is a great activity for children that provides a variety of benefits other than physical activity.

 

Participation in athletics can help build self-esteem and confidence, can motivate children to excel academically and can help build social skills.

 

Participation also can teach children the benefits of goal-setting and practice.

More importantly it is FUN.

We take children from the age of 9 or school year 4. We are not a school club so do not stop for school holidays.

Quad Kids & School Year 6 - Multi-events

Tuesday 1730 - 1830 or Thursday 1730 - 1830

Sprints – U13 to U20

Tuesday & Thursday 1830 - 2000

Long Jump, Triple Jump, Hurdles - U13 to U20

Tuesday & Thursday 1830 - 2000

Middle Distance – U20 down to U13

Tuesday & Thursday 1830 - 2000

Pole Vault – U13 to U20

by arrangement

High Jump – U13 to U20

Tuesday 1830 - 2000

Throws – shot & javelin only – U13 to U20

Tuesday & Thursday 1830 - 2000

Throws - all – U13 to U20

Saturday & Sunday morning 1000 - 1230 unless there is a match on the weekend

Various weekend coaching sessions are arranged by individual coaches
