For those wishing to ease back into racing in a gentle and casual manner, why not consider Cross Country races (women - 6k, men - 10k)  They are free of charge and inclusive with participants ranging in age from 8 years old to...... well, there is no upper limit!

11th Dec - Wellesley Woods, Aldershot

15th Jan - Prospect Park, Reading

19th Feb - Sparsholt, Winchester

19th Mar - Popham, Basingstoke

In previous seasons, Cosarc has seen many of its members, of all ages and abilities, participate at these events.  Possibly due to the free hot chocolate, mud, puddles, camaraderie and friendly support which will be in abundance! Let's try and pick up where we left off.
