Track & Field Schedule

salisbury-hs-c640.jpg Track and Field is the backbone of any athletics club and at Salisbury AC we are committed to making athletics both fun for all who participate while at the same time encouraging the pursuit of excellence and the fulfilment of potential.

We have training and competitive opportunities for all ages from 9 upwards with use of a fully equipped 6 lane, 400m track that is certified for hosting track and field matches. The track is floodlit so this enables us to continue training through the year.

If you are new to athletics and want to come and give it go please do come along on one of our club nights at the athletics track near Five Rivers Leisure Centre, Salisbury on a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 6:30, and enquire about availability.

 

Training Timetable

Tuesdays – 6pm-7pm Quad Kid Training (School Years 4&5)

Tuesdays – 6.30pm – 8pm Seniors Training (Schedule)

Tuesdays – 6.30pm – 8pm U15-U20 Training

Coaching in endurance, sprints, middle distance, long jump, high jump, hurdles and multi-eventing

Thursdays – 5.30pm – 6.30pm Quad Kid Training (School Years 4&5)

Thursdays – 6.30pm -7.45pm U13 Training (School Years 6&7)

Thursdays – 6.30pm – 8pm Seniors Training (Schedule)

Thursdays – 6.30pm – 8pm U15 – U20 Training

Coaching in endurance, sprints, middle distance, long jump, hurdles and multi-eventing

There is a short waiting list for both the U13 and quad kid training groups so please enquire via juniors@salisbury-arc.org
